Constitutional Court Secretary General M. Guntur Hamzah officially inaugurated seven structural officials in the Registrar’s Office and Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court on Thursday (17/5/2018) at the courtroom lobby of the Constitutional Court.
Head of Human Resources Division, Iman Sudirman, read out a list of appendix from the Decision of the Secretary General of the Constitutional Court Number 47 of 2018 dated May 9, 2018 concerning the Appointment and Transfer of Structural Officials in the Registrar\'s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court. The officials who took an oath of office were Police Superintendent (AKBP) Nana Suherna as Head of Security, Fajar Laksono as Head of Public Relations and Domestic Cooperation Division, Eddy Purwanto as Head of PPNPNS Training and Development Subdivision, Ardli Nuryadi as Head of Household Subdivision, Johan Yustisianto as Head of Procurement Services Subdivision, Romi Sundara as Head of Legal Subdivision, and Yossy Adriva as Head of Public Relations Subdivision. The seven officials were sworn in in the presence of Chief of Finance and Civil Service Bureau Mulyono, along with a number of structural and functional Echelon II, III, and IV officials of from each work unit within the Registrar\'s Office and the Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court.
After swearing in the officials, in his address, Guntur conveyed several messages including the importance of the newly-appointed officials to carry out the mandate as well as possible. He stressed that their mandate is not just a matter of achievement, but there are many non-performance aspects that serve as a barometer for the appointment of an employee, namely experience, competence, behavior, and so on. To safeguard all that, each of them needs to maintain four important aspects of leadership.
First, integrity is not only a pledge not to corrupt, but also not to be corrupt. Second, maintaining discipline, with a focus on punctuality. Third, dedication instead of loyalty. Fourth, professionalism, which must be maintained in working on various jobs. (Sri Pujianti/LA/Yuniar Widiastuti)
