The Constitutional Court (MK) held a socialization of a new regulation on finance, Thursday (14/9/2017). The event was officially opened by Head of the General and Finance Bureau Mulyono at the Delegation Room on the 4^th floor.

The event was attended by Head of the Jakarta 1 local treasury office (KPPN) Ahmad Nizar, Head of the Jakarta 1 Working Unit Management and Internal Compliance Section, and Head of the 3C Budget Execution Section Director of Treasury Andi Permana Putra. They propagated the Regulation of the Directorate of Treasury No. Per-12/PB/2017 on the Guidelines for State Revenue and Expenditure Management to the Constitutional Court staff members whose duties are managing finances.

Mulyono said that the event was aimed at helping the staff understand the procedure of managing state revenue and expenditure in 2017. “[We] are approaching the end of the year, so there are many things to prepare,” he said.

Mulyono also encouraged the participants to actively engage in the event, to ask and find out about state finance management. He also talked about the challenges faced by the Court in managing its finances, as the budget per September 13, 2017 was not absorbed optimally. (ARS/lul/Yuniar Widiastuti)
