Deputy Chief of the Constitutional Court Anwar Usman closes Citizen’s Constitutional Rights Socialization for the Jakarta Civics Lecturers Association (Asosisasi Dosen Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan DKI Jakarta –APDK DKI Jakarta) and the Constitutional Procedural Law Lecturers Association (Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Acara MK) on Friday (13/11) at Aryaduta Hotel’s Balroom Hall, Jakarta. On the session attended by 150 participants, Usman asks the lecturers to help the Court socializing citizen’s constitutional rights to entire people.
“It is important to socialize and spread constitutional rights understanding to entire people, not just to academic communities,” asserted Usman.
Moreover, Usman also delivers that the Pancasila and the Constitution have been largely forgotten by people. Therefore, the Constitutional Court provides open-public facilities in order to understand the values of the Pancasila and the Constitution.
“The Constitutional Court has provided or facilitated all citizens to understand and implement the values of the Pancasila and the Constitution,” said Usman.
He then symbolically closes the socialization by removing participant name tag. (Panji Erawan/IR/Prasetyo Adi N)
