The Constitutional Court (Mahkamah Konstitusi –MK) declares judicial review petition on Act of the Judicial Commission, Act of the Supreme Court, Act of the Constitutional Court, and Act of Judicial Authority that filed by I Made Sudana obscure. Moreover, the Court assesses Sudana’s petition which requesting religious sanction in oath of office is not regarded as Court’s authority. Thus, Chief Justice Arief Hidayat declares that judicial review petition Number 94/PUU-XIII/2015 is inadmissible.
The Court adjudicates the petition a quo inadmissible. According to the Court, the Applicant cannot explain his constitutional loss which resulted by Articles reviewed. The Applicant repeatedly explains that he uses legal standing as Indonesian citizen. However, the Court considers his legal standing is not enough to justify his petition demands.
Justice Panel has provided inputs on preliminary session. However, the Applicant doesn’t significantly revise the petition.
Based on Applicant’s testimony at revision session, the Court understands that the Applicant requests the Court to add religious sanction into oath of office which imposed to State officials if they violate the oath. The oath referred is the oath declared by civil servants, army officers, police officers, and other State officials. According to the Court, such addition is not under the authority of the Constitutional Court.
Without holding further session, the Court considers examination on Applicant’s petition is enough and concludes that Applicant’s petition obscure.

Adjudicates and declares Applicant’s petition inadmissible. Thus, it is decided in the Justice’s Consultative Meeting by eight Constitutional Justices, which are Arief Hidayat as Chief Justice and concurrent Member, Anwar Usman, I Dewa Gede Palguna, Suhartoyo, Wahiduddin Adams, Patrialis Akbar, Aswanto, and Manahan M.P Sitompul,” said Hidayat on Wednesday (11/11) at Plenary Room, the Constitutional Court Building.
