The Constitutional Court held Supreme Associate Chairman Selection (Seleksi Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Madya) on Registrar and General Secretary for filing Court’s General Secretary. The selection conducted based on Constitutional Court’s Chief Justice Decision Number 3 Year 2015 dated May 18, 2015. The registration had opened since June 20, 2015. Eight candidates passed administration selection stage. The candidates were Andi Pangerang Moenta, Adam Bachtiar, Budi Achmad Djohari,. Budiono Widagdo, Pawit Haryanto, Noor Sidharta, M. Guntur Hamzah, and Rubiyo.

On Monday (15/6), Selection Committee conducted field competence stage which participated by all candidates. Field competence stage conducted in form of making papers and carried out in Court’s Hall. The theme was about good governance. “Each candidate working papers on ‘Good Governance’ and given three hours for it” explained Head of Selection Committee, Constitutional Justice Wahiddudin Adams.

At the occasion, Wahiduddin asserted the candidates to report the problem when found matters inappropriate with selection rules. “If found matters inappropriate with the rules, candidates could report it to the committee,” said him.

Field competence stage was second stage of Supreme Associate Chairman Selection series which began since May 20, 2015. The managerial competence stage as third stage was planned to be hold on Tuesday and Wednesday (16-17/6) and located on the Center of State Civil Officials’ Competence Assessment (Pusat Penilaian Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara) , National Civil Service Agency (Badan Kepegawaian Negara –BKN).
