Improving Capability, MK Socialized Research Procedure

In order to improve researchers’ competence, Constitutional Court (MK) held socialization of Research Procedure and Regulation on Friday (10/31) at MK building.

“The event is important, I just discussed with the Chief Justice, and this event will be continued in 2015. The activity will not be theoretic but also practical,” MK Secretary-general Janedjri M.Gaffar said.

Janedjri said, practices will be held by concerning accounts of legal cases as delivered in the event.

“For example, how to examine details over a case and to deliberate with the informant.” He said.

Therefore, competence their competence and capability will increase. Researchers need to improve given MKRI’s partnership with its matches aboard. Constitutional Court of Russia Federation, Republic of Korea, Kingdom of Thailand, Republic of Turkey, and Republic of Azerbaijan are booked a partnership with MK.     

 “We want our researchers to improve, although the MoU hasn’t been signed but our counterpat in Korea has sent an invitation for researcher exchange,” Janedjri said.

In future, MK will extend its partnership comprising vast relation to more Constitutional Court around the globe. Such partnership shall be harnessed in order to improve the development of the Constitutional guardian.

 “The Research Procedure and Regulation will be as close as possible to your daily duties. Formulating hearing’s note, legal opinion, law method, interpretation, evaluation and so on,” Janedjri explained.  

He said if the Procedure has been granted, the researchers will be tied on it, since it will determine in details know-how of every investigation phase.  

The Procedure will also confine Justice’s necessity in completing any case. “It will replace the conservative act, the Procedure will determine and be the reference for the Justices and the Clerks,” Janedjri said.(Nano Tresna Arfana/mh/kun)
