Hundreds of Constitutional Courts staffs hanged their daily white and black uniforms, replacing them with leisure polo shirts as they left MK building to move ahead Bogor.

Chief Justice Hamdan Zoelva and Secretary-general Janedjri M. Gaffar are not exceptional, alongside with their entourages, they left the building to spray a little bit refreshment after frenetic and bustling activities the Institution had.

The event entitled “Diklat Motivasi dan Budaya Kerja”, aimed for boosting work ethic and motivation in a very leisurely way. “From this relaxing activity, the values are beyond of what it seemed like,” Hamdan said at Kinasih Resort, Bogor, Friday (10/17).

Hamdan also said that people have their own eminences waiting to be revealed, thus there is no need to take somebody else’s steps.  “You possess personal power. By incorporating such power into one, the potential will be devastating, that is organization,” he said.

Everything seemed to be forecasted by Hamdan. On the next day (10/18), the staffs were split into 14 groups to test their teamplay and collaboration. The activities comprised Paint ball game, in which their cooperation, communication, integrity, responsibility, and trust were challenged.    

The activities proceeded to flying fox and rafting. Trip to the location of which was coped within fifteen minutes by using jeeps.  Hamdan and Janedjri drove their own Jeeps which lend by Land Rover Community.

The activities were ended on Sunday (10/19) by Janedjri M’ Gaffar. Janedri said that cooperation between MK’s staffs is required concerning their tenure as determined in 1945 Constitution. “From the games we may learn a lesson, to cooperate we need teamplay, and coordination requires communication,” Janedjri said.(Lulu Hanifah/mh)
