Constitutional Court (MK) received award from Finance Ministry (Kemenkeu) in accordance to the reasonable without exception (WTP) 2013 opinion that MK received beforehand. The award was given by Vice President Boediono to MK Secretary-general Janedjri M. Gaffar on Friday (9/12), in Account and Financial Report National Work Meeting (Rakernas) at Dhanapala Hall, Finance Ministry, Jakarta.

“It’s been 6^th years for us to conduct this Rakernas since 2008. The event also contains award-giving ceremony to state institutions that have been labeled in WTP category,” Minister Chatib Basri said.    

Chatib explained that every year, financial reports filed to Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) are improved year-by-year. He is seeing drastic improvement from the financial report.    

For MK, this year’s WTP label is the 8^th opinions that the Court received in the last 8 years, consecutively.(Nano Tresna Arfana/mh/kun)
