Hamdan Zoelva also delivered his opinion, to his knowledge Concurrent Election is hoped to run well. “Five-year mill, simultaneous election in each province. Inefficient system would cost a lot,” Hamdan said.

Meanwhile, Justice Patrialis Akbar focused on check and balances system. According to him, MPR has the competence of coordinating, sharing its experience throughout inter-institution talks.

If we’re seeing administration system all over the world, none of them is pure. Preferring which system to be applied is loose. Who says US applies pure presidential system, the house and president have veto rights as well” Patrialis said,

In response to GBHN revival, Patrialis said that GBHN is no longer needed. President has the capability in directing his own applicable framework. (Nano Tresna Arfana/mh/kun)
