Final Sentence of Constitutional Court (MK) settles corrected gained votes for all participating parties for DPR RI membership in South Sumatera I. Three Districts, namely; Selangit, Sumber Harta, and Tuah Negeri were subjected for recalculation. The Sentence is delivered by Justice Hamdan Zoelva in MK final hearing, Wednesday (8/6) afternoon.

Detailed gained votes in three Districts of South Sumatera I, as follow; Selangit District: Nasdem 101 votes, PKB 140 votes, PKS 133 votes, PDIP 624 votes, Golkar 515 votes, Gerindra 424 votes, Democratic Party 344 votes, PAN 283 votes, PPP 136 votes, Hanura 375 votes, PBB 74 votes, and PKPI 19 votes. Sumber Harta District: Nasdem 189 votes, PKB 67 votes, PKS 106 votes, PDIP 158 votes, Golkar 419 votes, Gerindra 150 votes, Democratic Party 63 votes, PAN 130 votes, PPP 33 votes, Hanura 138 votes, PBB 28 votes, and PKPI 3 votes. Tuah Negeri District: Nasdem 94 votes, PKB 169 votes, PKS 243 votes, PDIP 422 votes, Golkar 446 votes, Gerindra 512 votes, Democratic Party 137 votes, PAN 68 votes, PPP 83 votes, Hanura 219 votes, PBB 30 votes, and PKPI 4 votes.

The Sentence also marks MK removal of the suspension of KPU’s decision number 411/Kpts/KPU/2014 for DPR RI memberships of Dapil South Sumatera I, as MK finally annuls the KPU’s decision.

The Court sees that Defendant (KPU) has taken the Instruction (Verdict 06-09-07/PHPU.DPR-DPRD/XII/2014) undergone on June 30, 2014.

Furthermore, MK states that there was no change to divert significantly the result as being objected by the Plaintiff. So the election result remains the same. Therefore, there is no need for the Court to conduct any hearing in anytime further. (Nano Tresna Arfana/mh/kun)
