All participating parties of 2014’s legislative elections pleaded over disputed elections in Central Java. In its Sentence, MK stated pleadings of 11 parties are declined and ineligible, while one pleading of PDIP has been revoked. Lawsuits of PAN, Hanura, Nasdem, PBB, PPP, and Gerindra are all rejected while Golkar’s is considered ineligible.

In its consideration, MK cited that several Plaintiffs have failed to prove their objections. PAN’s lawsuit for example, it argued inflated votes for PKB in some Districts in Pemalang. According to MK, presented written evidences are suspicious, it contained too many streaks and thickened tint. Golkar’s lawsuit also failed to attempt, no revised application was registered during the revision period.

Previously, MK has dropped sentences to five parties on Friday (27/6). On that preceding trial, MK rejects PKS’ and PKPI’s lawsuits, while PD’s and PKB’s failed to advance after it was considered ineligible. MK has also granted PDIP’s revocation
