Justice Prosperous Party (PKS) filed a complaint over disputed result for Dapil Samarinda 1. Trial to deliberate the issue was held on Thursday (1/2) in MK Plenary Session Room.

Harmin syah, PKS’ witness, revealed 2 different results, each generated by PKS and Samarinda Seberang PPK. The difference is an output as PPK held double recap, presumably. One held in Bakka village and one in Sungai Keledang. “PKS lost 47 votes due to the repeated recap,” Harmin said.     

PKS Inflated Votes

Harmin’s statement was echoed by Mursyid, another PKS’ witness in Samarinda city/regions. But it was declined by National Mandate Party’s (PAN) attorney and Head of Lojangan Ilir KPPS. Sulistiowati who acted as PAN’s attorney disclosed that it was PKS whose votes slightly increased. “If it compared with the total amount of votes, PKS’ votes was slightly increased by 1 vote,” Sulistiowati said.      

PAN’s statement was echoed by Plaintiff’s testimony. Sucipto wo was head of KPPS 07 Simpang 3, Lojangan Ilir explained that no PKS’ vote was harmed in Lojangan Ilir. “It is clear that in C1 it was mentioned that PKS gained 11 votes in TPS 7 Simpang Subdistrict 3,”he said  

Meanwhile, Nasdem also complains about the losing votes as occurred in Derawan Islands, Berau region, East Kalimantan. One of the Nasdem’s candidates who acted as witness in the Justice Patrialis Akbar and Anwar Usman-attended trial, pointed that his votes was decreased by 494 votes. Nasdem also stated that KPU’s recap wasn’t valid because there was a released recommendation which stated to redo the election. Besides, there were two versions of published C1.(Lulu Anjarsari/mh)
