Trial over Central Sulawesi PHPU is still proceeding as MK conducted another trial on Wednesday (11/6) at Panel 2 MK Room. In the Justice Arief Hidayat-led hearing, five parties plead over disputed election in Central Sulawesi, namely PPP, PKS, PAN, Nasdem, and Golkar.
On its testimony, PKS witness reveals belated C1 form disbursement to the witnesses in dapil Central Sulawesi 6. According to Iwan, PKS’ witness, the C1 disbursement was delayed until the day after. “The C1 contained so many streaks and its content was unmatchable as witnesses’ and Panwas’ has received,” he explained.
Similar occurrence was delivered by another PKS’ witness, Amran Panambang. Amran said the belated disbursement happened in three sub-districts. “When I wanted to take C1 and D1 forms, TPS committees halted it and only damaged C1 was available,” he added.
Meanwhile, another PKS’ witness, Masduki discloses the illegal perforating action conducted by Chief of PPS and Panwas. “During the occurrence, a PDIP’s candidate, Mervan appeared while bringing bags packed of Cigars, Pastries, and sugar,” Masduki explained.
Rahmat, another PKS’ witness, reveals PDIP ballooning votes in North Parigi District. But it was snubbed by KPU’s witness, Rein Abdullah. “There was only a slight error of vote conversion, from C1 to D1. No adding votes,” he explained. (Lulu Anjarsari/kun/mh)
