Nurhadi Taha, PPK member of Kota Selatan, Gorontalo, who was fired by KPU, explained that recap in district level was packed of interruption from the witness and committees, due to the different copies of C1 form.

As being revealed by Nurhadi, the different C1 forms sparked protest from PKS, the occurrence later led Gorontalo KPU to urge Kota Selatan PPK to resolve it.

“Suddenly, KPU phoned us toward the recap closing, the chif himself Erman Rahim who urged PPK to end all disputes right at the time, we were being urged to end PKS’ complaint,” he said at the MK plenary room, Monday (9/6).

 In the district recap, PKS said to unseal C1 plano because there was a different on Limbau II TPS 3. “When we open the form, it was written 17. Whereas, when we manually counted it was 20,” he explained.  

Adriana Machmud, Chief of Boalemo Gerindra indicates ballooning votes in Sari Tani Village. According to him, there was a gap of votes in the remote area. “If I’m not mistaken, it was 9, your majesty,” Adriana answered  

He informed the oddity to Panwascam and directly to the location. “I arrived when it was the final day of recap in Sari Tani, therefore we asked Panwasacam a recommendation as we addressed our objection to Chief of PPS,” he added.

The recommendation is to urge PPS to unseal the boxes and re-calculate the ballots. But the recommendation was ignored due the lacking hierarchy command.

“After it was ignored in PPS, I tracked the recap until the district. But it just happened the same. I asked the chief of PPK to halt the boxes revealing, but still I was ignored,” he said(Lulu Hanifah/mh)
