Witnesses from parties complain vanished votes in district level during the recap. One of the came from NationaL Mandate Party (PAN), Irwanto, he cited that he found difference amount in C1 as being compared in D1. According to him, PAN gained 15 votes but in the D1 it was decreased to 8 votes. “We found a different in D1 when compared to C1 form. Our votes were diverted from 15 to 8. Similar occurrence happened in most of TPS,” Irwanto complains to Justice Hamdan Zoelva.

Another PAN’s witness, Bambang Widjayanto, Jember witnesses coordinator, explained that PAN has lost 204 votes in Senduro district. He filed a complaint but it was ignored. “We found that many of our votes has been disappeared,”he said

Protest over vanished votes also delivered by another parties. Matur Husairi, PPP’s witness, who also deliberate votes different in C1. He pointed his party’s votes have been diverted to Hanura, Gerindra, and PKS.

While PDIP’s witness, Muhammad Imam found difference between his data with th result released by KPU. Throughout, Internal PDIP recap, in Banyuwangi, PDIP should have gained 50.421 votes.

Same protest also delivered by Golkar’s witness named Gamijan. In Mojosari, Golkar had lost 3.000 votes, based on the recap. MK will arrange another trial on Monday, June 9, 2014. (Julie/mh)
