Constitutional Court (MK) conducted another PHPU as being deliberated by DPD candidates from Southeast Sulawesi, Wa Ode Hamsinah Bolu and Andi Muhammad Ihsan, from South Sulawesi in Panel 2 Hearing Room, Wednesday (4/6).

The testimony hearing was attended by Andi Muhammad Ihsan’s witness, Nurdin JB, who delivered the re-election occurrence in Gowa. Panwaslu reportedly recommended to do the re-election.

“Your Majesty, after the recap, Panwaslu recommends KPU to redo the election of all TPS in Gowa,” Andi pleaded in the case registered upon 26/PHPU.DPD/XII/2014.      

In respond to the testimony, KPU as the plaintiff, confirmed the recommendation to redo the elections of 233 TPS in Gowa.

“Your Majesty, it is true there was recommendation by Panwaslu to do the re-election in 233 TPS. 944 ballot boxes were late to be input in hub recap, and so many changes showed up during the recap” KPU Technical Support, Misnah described

Meanwhile, case registered upon 25/PHPU.DPD/XII/2014 for Southeast Sulawesi DPD candidate, Wa Ode Hamsinah Bolu, didn.t present any witness to prop his argument.

“I beg your pardon Your Majesty, we cannot summon any witness” Wa Ode Said.

In the trial, Constitutional Justice Arief Hidayat also verified evidences from all parties.(Panji Erawan/mh)
