2014’s PHPU trial for West Java was held on Wednesday (4/6), with the agenda of testimony hearing. The trial was the last hearing for West Java’s disputed elections. All parties may drop their conclusion by Thursday (5/6), 12:00 am.
In the last hearing, Constitutional Court (MK) inspected Applicants-presented witnesses. One of the checking was applied to Hedi Permadi Boy, Democratic Party’s candidate from West Java 3.
Asep Jumhana, member of Hedi Permadi Boy’s Succeed Team, in Cianjur. He revealed that Hedi’s votes have been diverted to another PD’s candidate, Wawan Setiawan. “I counted it on my own, D1 forms in 11 villages are different with DA1. My count cited Wawan only got 1.487 votes, but KPU’s version stated 5.987 votes,” Asep said. Same occurrence also reported by Aes Puja Rusprita, who was Hedi’s team.
Meanwhile, Wawan didn’t present any witness to strengthen his argument. Only an attorney who affirmed that KPU’s version is the most reliable.
In this last hearing, National Mandate Party (PAN) also presented witnesses to prove on vote diversion in Dapil Bandung 7. Endih Purnama, who during the elections was PBB’s witness, stated that PAN votes had diverted. In Banjaran, PAN should have gained 180 votes, but during the DA1 recap it was dropped to 80. 2 other witnesses, Ayi Suherman and Lili Muslihat also cited same occurrence.
