Trial extension of legislative PHPU in West Java (Jabar) was held by MK in Tuesday (3/6). Most of the witnesses revealed difference result between C1 and D1 forms.

Golkar presented Ahmad Jamhur Rudianto. He explained about the votes in 12 vilages, in Karawang. Some disputes occurred in Cengkeh and Ciwaringin village, hurted Tedi Luthfiana and Ratu Silvia’s votes.

“Elections in 12 villages showed Tedi gained 4.258 votes and Ratu gained 4.190 votes. This result showed Tedi gained 39 votes, while 49 of Ratu’s votes vanished” Ahmad explained.  

 Next, there was Aming who acted as Golkar’s witness. He explained about the diverted recap. “Yes, it based on Curug D-1 forms which stated 10.899 votes, Your Majesty” Aming explained to the Justices Fadlil Sumadi, Maria Farida Indrati, and Aswanto.   

“That’s the result from all parties?” Fadlil said. “It is, Your Majesty” Aming said. “What do you want to compare it with? Fadlil said. “With all our news event of D1 change in Curug” Aming said.

“Validated votes in Curug are 10.8999 votes while the invalid, 562 votes. All votes are 11.461. After the changes the total became 10.918 votes, the invalid diverted to 521 votes. So, the valid votes changed to 11.439 votes, Your Majesty” Aming said.    

Moreover, other Golkar’s witnesses, Muhammad Jarot for Dapil 3 Bekasi cited same occurrence for the difference of C1 and D1 in 5 villages. He stated 125 of Golkar number 6 candidate’s votes have damaged” Mohammad explained.

Different Recap

Meanwhile, Syaefudin from PBB also cited the same occurrence, in Cimahi 2, as PPB votes had harmed from 3.619 votes to 2.601 votes. He also stated about the C-1 bubbling votes.

Gun Gun Hermawan explained PPP hurt votes as it was decreased to 69.818 votes from 90.000 votes from the previous recap.(Nano Tresna Arfana/mh)
