2014 PHPU: Five Parties Plead for North Sulawesi

Five parties plead over PHPU 2014 in North Sulawesi on Wednesday (4/6) in Panel 2 MK Session Room. One of the parties is Nasdem which objects the KPU’s version of recap, in South Minahasa.

Nasdem’s witness, Susi Muchae, explained that Nasdem lost 12 votes in South Minahasa. According to Susi, She had argued about the diverted votes of her party to Hanura. KPU decided to redo the election, but Susi told that the re-election only took place in two different districts, certainly not as Nasdem had asked.

“We asked to re-check the calculation in Amurang and West Amurang, buy they re-calculate East Amurang. It was only one, the others were rejected because KPU had closed the recap” Susi explained to the Justices.

Another occurrence happened in Ranoyopo, South Minahasa. Nasdem’s witness, Desmond Lumenta revealed that Nasdem lost 8 votes. “In TPS 1, as we have found, we lost 4 votes” he said.

Besides, in South Minahasa, Nasdem rebuffs exceeding ballots. Marlon Tumendar, Nasdem’s witness, disclosed the occurrence, registered DPT (List of Permanent Voters) are only 947 people, but the recap generated 1.046 votes” he said.

Meanwhile, Justice Prosperous Party (PKS) pleads 2 dapil in Boolang Mongondow 2 and Manado 2. PKS votes were harmed and diverted to Gerindra’s. PKS’ votes decreased to 45 from 51 votes in East Dumoga due to the error recap. It happened as well is Lolanan village, Gerindra’s votes moved from nothing to four” Zulfan, PKS’ witness, said.

For the testimonial hearing Justices have given time to the parties to file their conclusion by Friday, 6 June 2014. “The verification will be held by tomorrow, for all parties” Justice Arief said. (Lulu Anjarsari/mh)
