Constitutional Court (MK) held a hearing of PHPU 2014. The plaintiff was expected to give testimony as well as the Related Parties. The session, led by Chief of MK, Hamdan Zoelva, is testimony hearing from Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam witnesses.

Within the Trial, most of the witnesses disclosed the gap between official results of C1 form in TPS with D1 form in PPS. One of the witnesses, is Amansyah, presented by Hanura. He cited Democrat Party’s bubbling votes in dapil Subussalam 4.

“In the C1 forms, TPS Nano Buaya, Sultan Daulat. PD gained 10 votes. But in the village, recap of D1 forms shows Dems seized 109 votes.” Aman said in MK Plenary room, Friday (30/5). Aman was the witness for PPP in TPS 1 Namo Buaya.      

Golkar seems fuss on the same problem. Dapil Aceh 4. According to the witnesses, Semperne, some voting feuds happened in district Bebesen. “The recap showed gap, between KIP’s and PPK’s. We try to interrupt but the chief suggest us to appeal to MK,” he said.  

Individual issues were also deliberated by Golkar. Yosman Wahyudi, Chief of Panton Bili village, Pasie Raja, Southern Aceh, cited a violation to Southern Aceh 4 candidate no.5, Deni Irmansyah’s votes.

“Difference between C1 with the D1. On the C1, Deni Irmansyah gained 63 votes. But when diverted to D1, his votes decreased to 10, the rests went to the unused box,” he said. He also admits his fault to not report it after noticing the error”  

Meanwhile, some Elections Surveillance Committees (Panwaslu) can’t testify for Nasdem due to the Bawaslu late permission. “For Pawaslu, we have to wait for Bawaslu permission,” Hamdan explained.  

For some witnesses, Applicants also utilize video conference. In Aceh, the conference took place in Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. The trial itself will be continued on Monday (2/6), over testimonial hearing from the plaintiffs, Applicants, and Related Parties.(Lulu Hanifah/mh)
