MK received revised pleading on 2014’s PHPU as being submitted by United Development Party (PPP), on Monday (26/5). In the session, PPP’s attorney questioned Defendant and Related Parties answering session, of which wasn’t held on Monday.
Chief of Constitutional Court (MK), Hamdan Zoelva stated the session has been scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday (28/5). “It has been retained in the first hearing, it will be preliminary, pleading improvement, answering session from the Defendant and Related Parties, interval verdict, and panels. All in clear mechanism” Hamdan explained.
PPP also retained to be the Related Party. However, PPP hasn’t ready yet to deliver its information and plans to recite it in the next proceeding hearing. “We got some changes, so we have to fix it beforehand” Hadrawi Ilham, PPP’s attorney said.
Previously, PPP submitted pleading over KPU’s decision on legislative elections. In its pleading, PPP fusses elections recap in 23 provinces which is generating 61 cases.
Implementation of the Election considered detrimental to the acquisition of this Ka’bah-symbolized party votes for allegedly full of violations and manipulation. According to the Party , violations -presumably- committed by the General Election Commission from Cluster Coordinator Ballot (KPPS) to the Ballot Committee (SFC), and also performed by some other political party. As for violations that occurred from ballooning voice, votes reduction application, to confusion in votes revenue in the form of summary calculation difference between form DB1 with C1 form.
