Star and Crescent Party (PBB) dispatches one pleading on PHPU (Tasikmalaya I), in the second trial conducted by MK which ran with the agenda of checking phases. PBB petition was registered under 05-14/PHPU-DPR-DPRD/XII/2014.

“First, typographic change and we will revoke one case from Tasikmalaya I” Abdurrahman Tarjo, PBB’s attorney, said.

In respond to this, Constitutional Justices led by Hamdan Zoelva explained PBB to take the application down. “Should you complete it with written revocation, and leave it to our Clerks” Hamdan said  

Some violations are argued to have been done by the elections committee. Some of the fudges include, eliminated votes, falsified ballots, and mass mobilizations, unsealed ballot boxes also reportedly happened

On that arguments, PBB asked MK to decline and not binding over KPU’s decision on verdict number 411/Kpts/KPU/2014 about settlement of DPR and DPRD memberships. PBB, alongside with PKPI, failed to find a seat in the parliament after KPU announcement states their votes are below the electoral threshold. PBB wants MK to decide on their calculation and settle the pleading. (Lulu Anjarsari)
