National Mandate Party (PAN) is taking another pleading down, generating total 10 dispatched cases after they considered to pull off nine cases in the preliminary session. As being delivered by PAN’s attorney, Didi Supriyanto in Monday (26/5) improvement session.  

Didi said, the removal under Sofyan Solisa, has to be done since the candidate can’t present any witness. “The listed candidate cannot present any witness, because the witnesses are being intimidated to not come to Jakarta” Didi said. Thus, MK asked Didi to pour it down in a written statement.

In the previous hearing, Sun-symbolized Party states 2014’s General Elections, laden with corruption and violations that are structured, systematic, and massive performed by Defendant (KPU), especially at election districts proposed by the applicant. It is seen from the fraud committed by personnel KPPS, the votes reduction, votes inflation on the other party, Defendant partisanship on one political party, the money politics and non-involvement of witnesses in plenum votes recap at the district/city level.
