To enhance and strengthen human resources function when facing PHPU process, Constitutional Court (MK) promotes three researchers as ad hoc substitution Clerks on Saturday (24/5) at MK Plenary Room Lobby.
In his speech, General Secretary Janedjri M. Gaffar urges the substitute Clerks to keep their oath and pledges in order to responsibly fulfill their duties. The swearing-in was taken since the mandate of being Clerks is important to the flow of MK’s competence and authority. “This position is close to cases. We demand your determinations and responsibilities to work fairly” Janedjri explained.
He also reminds all MK employees to work hard and responsible, to put away all intervention, as PHPU completion may be the best channel for MK to regain its credibility.
“We have entered the phases of PHPU, the trial will be continuously rolling. We are being urged to get rid from all kinds of intervention. We have to show the people that MK is reliable and capable to lift the burden of Constitutional mandatory on our shoulders” he said.
The three clerks Are Irfan Nurrahman, Syukri Asy’ari, and Abdul Ghoffar. They will be taking charge in cases service groups, namely group of cases handling, documents compiling, and hearing management.(Lulu Anjarsari/mh)
