Hanura Party’s attorney, Gusti Randa and Teguh Samudra declared that Hanura is now ready to deliver its pleading on PHPU. Technically, there are some revised points to be delivered in the trial. 

“Generally, we are ready for the trial. The problem lies on the format, like swapped and not systematically composed pages” Gusti said in MK, Monday (26/5).

Second thing is inaccurate votes in some electoral regions. “The number is strayed. I demanded better application in the votes matter. This actually helped the defendant too” Gusti explained.  

Meanwhile, Teguh Samudra said, “Thank you, your majesty for the advice. Nonetheless, because of the human error and IT error some pages and tables are erred. We have brought the revised documents. Are we allowed to give it to the Clerks, your majesty?” asked Samudra.

As known, Hanura fusses official KPU’s recap in 24 provinces, which is generating 91 cases. Hanura sees that the official release harms their result to find more seats in DPR and DPRD. Some elections in Aceh, North Sumatera, South Nias, and Mentawai is seen as violated, in back Hanura demands to redo the elections in the mentioned areas.  

Apart from Hanura, most of all parties met same problems. Mostly, typographical error, unsystematic composed pages and so on.

On that condition, Head of MK, Hamdan Zoelva decides all parties to complete their application first. Moreover, for the related parties and defendants files shall be submitted before 3.00 PM, Tuesday (27/5).
