Two Aceh local parties, submitted pleading over 2014’s PHPU to MK. Aceh Peace Party (PDA) and Aceh National Party (PNA). Both parties have no problem in their applications, as being disclosed by Chief of MK, Hamdan Zoelva On Monday (26/5). PDA and PNA didn’t ask specific question to the Judges.

Hamdan also revealed that in general the revised pleadings that have been submitted to the Court  have been inspected. "Against your application , in general I can say that all the advices of the Assembly at the first preliminary hearing has been fixed , " he said on Monday ( 26/5 ) . The next plenary session will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 to hear the answer of the Defendant and the description of the Related Parties.

Previously, PDA and PNA officially filed a lawsuit against the determination of the recapitulation election on last Sunday ( 11/5 ). Request PDA 01-11/PHPU-DPRD/XII/2014 registered number and registered number 02-12/PHPU-DPRD/XII/2014 PNA suing the General Election Commission ( KPU ) 411/Kpts/KPU/2014 Number of Determination of Results of Election of Members of the House of Representatives , Regional Representatives Council , the Provincial People\'s Representative Council , Regional Representatives Council and District/City Nationally in the 2014 General Election set on Friday ( 9/5 ).

In essence, PDAs sued the proceeds of his votes at City Council level/District in two electoral districts (dapil) in the two cities, the first electoral district of Banda Aceh, Banda Aceh and Dapil Subulussalam 1, Subulussalam total cases registered with as many as two cases.

While PNA sued the Commission Decision of cases registered with as many as 12 cases. The party numbered 12 sued the proceeds principally at the level of his voice as much as 9 Provincial Parliament constituencies , the electoral district of Aceh 1 , 2 Aceh , Aceh 4 , 5 Aceh , Aceh 6 , 7 Aceh , Aceh 8 , 9 Aceh , and Aceh 10 . PNA also questioned the vote at the Council District/City, particularly the 3 Dapil Pidie, North Aceh, North Aceh District 6, and 2 Kota Sabang

In addition, there are also electoral violations found Petitioner, of which the rest of the unused ballot papers, the distribution of ballot boxes containing the ballots which are not sealed from TPS to KPPS , and witnesses are forced to sign a form C, while it is still empty.(Lulu Hanifah/mh)
