National Mandate Party (PAN), led by Hatta Rajasa, pleads KPU’s decision number 411/kpts/KPU/2014 about the memberships of DPR, DPRD, and DPD. As declared on Friday (9/5)

Constitutional Court (MK) finally held the preliminary session as being filed by PAN and another national and Aceh local parties, on Friday with the agenda of first checking.

The applicant, registered by number 11-08/PHPU.DPR-DPRD/XII/2014, pleads the voting result in 18 provinces generating in total 68 cases. 7 cases are related to DPR election, while the rests are DPRD-related cases.

According to Sun-symbolized Party, this year’s election is contained with fraud and systemic violation, presumably done by accused KPU. This seen as PAN filed evidence of false ballots, razzed votes, and money politics.

PAN suggests MK to cancel KPU’s decision of DPR, DPRD, and DPD, and states new settlement as PAN wishes.

Nevertheless, Didi Supriyanto, explained that his side will pull off some individual cases, apart from the dapil of Jateng, upon Hakim NAJA.

Individual Removal

Towards PAN’s application, MK gives advice to readjust the area division. “You are allowed readjust internally, we may call one of the three attorneys, so I hope the team is call-able” Judge Ahmad Fadlil said.  

Another advice, is about the title writing to names. According to Fadlil, Applicant has to consistently decisive whether to write or to not the title after names. He also reminds about the absence of signature in some pages of PAN’s files, even worse some of the pages also have gone missing. Ilham/mh)
