Constitutional Court (MK) held preliminary session on 2014’s PHPU, filed by 12 National Parties, 2 Aceh Parties and 32 individual candidates on DPD by today (23/5) the agenda is to preliminary checking.

One of the Applicants, Democratic Party (PD), led by Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Appeals on voting recap generated by KPU as announced on Friday (9/5). 

The 2009’s winning party sees that this year’s election is too much contained with fudge and systemic false, especially in the areas of which reported by the Applicants. PD pleads elections result in 24 provinces with 82 registered cases. 12 of them are DPR, individually report booked 13 cases, province DPRD with 12 cases, and City DPRD generates 15 cases.
