Ground of Application
Before the registration closed, party representatives officially registered their documents. Ahmad Yani, Central Chief Commission of United Development Party (PPP) came by himself to register PPP complaints. “We register 5 from DPR RI and 48 from provinces” Yani said.
His party is not addressing money politics, PPP will focus on fake votes which has harmed PPP electoral result. However, Ahmad Yani won’t ask to redo the elections. Ahmad fusses about the narrow schedule, saying it needs more time to compile every case.
Aside from PPP, Gerindra Party are not taking dispute between candidates to MK. Alex, attorney from Gerindra said that candidates disputes will only be solved internally. Gerindra asked MK to decide the result as they wished. In other words, Gerindra wants MK to cancel KPU’s official recap because it harms Gerindra’s vote
