Until Monday (12/5), Constitutional Court (MK) hasn’t received new application yet. But, three candidates of local council (DPD) have delivered their pleading by this day. Prior to it, on Sunday (11/5) MK had received 2 applicants from Aceh Peace Party (PDA) and DPD’s candidate from East Java, Dwi Astutik  

Although there is only one pleading from political party received on Monday, some parties’ representatives have started to show up. These envoys were delivering messages whether their parties’ pleading will be registered by midnight.

Some of the envoys represent namely from, Democratic Party (PD), Party of Function Group (Golkar) , and National Awakening Party (PKB). Heru Widodo, Golkar’s attorney said that his party will register cases of Election Disputes (PHPU) by tonight. He said Golkar is preparing evidences and documents of 70 cases. However, until 6 PM, no party has registered its pleading for PHPU. Golkar Party and PKB will register their applications towards closure.     

From local council (DPD), There are four pleadings which have been registered to MK. One of the applicants is DPD candidate from Central Java election area (dapil) who is also well-known as fashion designer, Poppy Dharsono.  

Alongside with his attorney, Poppy questioned missing C1 forms, the forms even can’t be downloaded from General Elections Commission (KPU). On that ground, Poppy suggests many missing votes to systematically invert elections result. Although it has been registered, Poppy hasn’t completed her application with evidences. Candidate From Maluku, La Ode Salimin and candidate from Gorontalo, Umar Karim also delivered same issue as Poppy’s.

Amid bustling activity on registration and pleading consultancy, Tanak Samawa Election-aware People Alliance stated that almost all party in Sumbawa has cheated. Asma, treasury of Tanak Samawa Election-aware People Alliance, hopes that MK has comprehensive evidences to decide verdict on elections dispute.

Muhidin, MK’s Young Clerk who takes charge as Coordinator of 2014’s Elections Case Administrative Registration, addressed evidences which previously had been informed to Head of MK. “We have achieved the previous mail and we have delivered it to Mr. Hamdan Zoelva” Muhidin said.
