It was announced by Faisal on trial SKN Testing Act filed by the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI), Wednesday ( 29/4 ) .

Representing the Government / President , Faisal said SKN is a legal basis for regulating all national sports issues are increasingly complex and related to the social, economic , and cultural communities , and nations , as well as the demands of global change . To realize the capabilities and communities to develop the habit of independent sports it is necessary to pay attention to the principle of decentralization , autonomy , community participation , professionalism , partnership, transparency , and accountability systems management coaching and development of national sports are governed by the spirit of regional economic policy .

Therefore , Faisal said athletic handling can no longer be handled minimally , but must be handled professionally .
