A number of students of the State Islamic Institute ( IAIN ) Walisongo , Semarang visited the Constitutional Court . The presence of students with red alma mater was welcomed by researcher Fajar Laksono on the ground floor hall of the Court, Monday (28/4).

In his speech, Fajar explains the decision of the Court shall be final and binding . But Fajar deplores the implementation of the Constitutional Court are often not implemented by the relevant agencies . For example, the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 92/PUU-X/2012 which confirms the position and authority of the Regional Representative Council ( DPR ) to the House of Representatives ( DPR ) in the case of legislative authority . " Since a year later there was no sign of authority related to the implementation of the Constitutional Court and the Council on legislation one issue when the Court \'s decision is final and binding , " said Fajar.

Constraints non-performance of the decision is the decision of the Constitutional Court does not have the coercive instruments . The current verdict is pronounced , but did not have the power to force that decision implemented . Thus , continued Fajar  , Court decision relied heavily on the power of the other branches , for example the legislators . "Back again just stick to the principle of constitutionalism itself, " he added .

On the occasion, Fajar also mentioned related distrust being experienced by the Court . Now MK is conducting activities to re- image over the past decade at the highest level of public trust law enforcement. Fajar also requested the support of the college, especially IAIN Walisono to help restore the image of the Court who is experiencing a crisis of confidence in the past six months .

" We ask for the support of the college campus because we think of as a friend of justice . Looking at the history , the Court was born from the idea that college campuses for the Court , the college is very important role to improve the image of the Court , " he explained .

In addition , the Court will deal with disputes that legislative elections will be held in a few days so the college primarily has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Court are expected to support the trial in order to provide a remotely via video conference .
