Eastern Regional Constitutional Debate Competition was officially opened by Deputy Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Arief Hidayat at the Multipurpose Hall of the Faculty of Law of the University of Udayana . The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Governor of Bali , I Ketut Sudikerta , Udayana University Rector Prof . Dr. dr . Ketut Suastika , a dean at the University of Udayana , Denpasar police chief , and academicians of the University of Udayana .

Constitutional debate among students is a national level program conducted each year by the Court . The same as in previous years , this time the constitutional debate is divided into three regions or regional , ie the western region , central region and eastern region .

In the implementation of this time , the East Regional competition held at Udayana University , Denpasar , Bali , 5-7 April 2014 . Participants eastern region followed by as many as 24 universities from Bali, Sulawesi , Nusa Tenggara , East Kalimantan , Central Kalimantan , Maluku , and Papua .
