Applicant judicial review of Law No. 18 Year 1999 on Construction Services Moh . Kisman Pangeran revise his petition. In the second trial case number 23/PUU-XII/2014, four items of evidence submitted by Kisman authorized by panel assemblies.

" Exhibit P - 1 to P - 4 I stated legitimate , " said the chairman of the panel Muhammad Alim while knocking hammer once in the Plenary Court Building , Jakarta , Wednesday ( 2/4 ) .

Assembly stated improvement petition has been received by the Clerk of the Court. The petition will then be taken to the plenary to determine whether Kisman’s request can be forwarded.

Previous applicants filed a judicial review of Article 33 paragraph ( 1) of the Construction Services . According to him , the contents of the article is vague and nonsensical . Article 33 paragraph ( 1 ) reads : Institutions referred to in Article 31 paragraph ( 3 ) consists of representatives from :

a. association of construction companies ;

b . professional associations of construction services .

Kisman continues the article does not explain the purpose of the Association and the Association of Professional Construction Services Construction Services . Moreover there is no explanation of the legal status of these two types of associations that led to the representation of both the Construction Services Development Institute vague , hazy , corny, and violate human rights so contrary to the constitution .

" Article 33 paragraph ( 1 ) of Law No. 18 Year 1999 on Construction Services allegedly ignored the provisions of the 1945 Constitution because all service providers and experts / skilled construction in Indonesia are required to be members of the two kinds of association , " said Kisman when reading the petition on initial hearing on Thursday ( 20/3 ) .

Furthermore , the article also pointed out the potential of causing any loss to the service providers and experts / skilled construction . The loss shaped access opening to be able to take part as a group element of Construction Services Development Institute .

" When in fact the Association of Corporate and Professional Associations Construction Services Construction Services is not entitled to represent service providers and experts / skilled construction as an element of Construction Services Development Board for service providers and experts / skilled construction is not required to be members of the two kinds of association , " he added .

Responding to a request, the panel advised the Applicant repair , overhaul even petition , including the phrase ‘ reasonably suspected ‘ used Applicant . ( Lulu Hanifa / mh )
