The Constitutional Court (MK) in collaboration with the University of March Eleven (UNS) Surakarta held a National Seminar on the theme "Optimizing the Role of Higher Education in Creating Integrity legitimacy of the 2014 election", Saturday (29/03/2014), in the Ballroom of Hotel Sahid Jaya, Surakarta, Central Java.

Hamdan asserted , that people choose with intelligence , it needs the participation of universities to provide enlightenment to the community .

In addition , Hamdan see culture community to comply with and obey the court decision is still low . Hamdan ask the participants to be able to build a culture of docile and obedient to court decisions .

Hamdan highlighted the importance of ethics enforcement in the election among the participants , organizers and community . According to him , the ethics of the contestants and election organizers can cover the lack of formal rules that exist .
