Secretary General of the Constitutional Court Janedri M. Gaffarto be the speaker of Truth Test Research Center and Case Studies, Management of Information and Communication Technology (P4TIK), which took place on Wednesday (11/12). Janedjri added, other speakers who attended the event were experts in constitutional law, namely Saldi Isra, Ali Safa\'at, Yuliandri, and Ni\'matul Huda.
The event discussed the Guidelines Task researcher is opened by the head of P4TIK Guntur Hamzah, who describes the basic tasks of Court researchers. The tasks of the Court researchers are conducting activities for researchers think grindstones to sharpen a knife in the face of a case analysis. Guntur also explained that the purpose of the study of law and the constitution this time to get input for the implementation of the authority of the Court , and improve the quality of researchers at the Court , and increase the number of scientific publications , both nationally and internationally .
In the discussion, Janedjri and other sources said the guidelines should have a clearer theoretical framework for expressing and supporting theories should really be of great benefit for the Court. "The results of the study should be recorded and published," said Janedjri .
Janedjri also said, researchers do not just always raise issues of the Constitutional Court, but the issue of the current popular now. "If possible, researchers do not continuously raised the issue of the Constitutional Court, but rather provide a theme that the issue of the public or of the Constitution of 1945," said Secretary General of this Court.
Previously, the event was attended by all researchers of this Court discussed the end of the year record as a year-end report. There are so many problems facing the Court and the agency still faces case handling the General Election. Therefore, on the occasion Janedjri asked the opinion of the Court related to the speakers during this year and are looking for solutions to face the year 2014 with the number of cases that will be encountered later,both legislative elections and presidential elections.
"The Court should be more convincing and can give confidence to the public by explaining that the problems afflicting the former Chief Justice open institutional behavior, but the problem and the behavior of individuals," said Saldi Isra provide input.
Ni\'matul also addressed that the court also should better explain some of the cases encountered, as well as publish the technical guidance for political parties that are now in progress.
