Some students of Jinayah Siyasah Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta visit to the Constitutional Court, on Thursday (28/11) morning. Group of students are accompanied by Chairman of the Program Asmawi, accepted by researcher Abdul Ghoffar.

According to Asmawi, the visit implements the program of study visits of students to learn more about high state institutions. “In the classroom students have received material,theory, and scientific basis. Furthermore, we want students to know well in practical terms," said Asmawi the purpose of his visit to the Constitutional Court.

According to Asmawi, a visit to the Court is essential in providing a thorough understanding to the students, especially for students of the faculty of law and sharia. According to him, the Court as one of the state institutions has been like a scientific laboratory. Where the various theories and concepts applied or implemented in the form of daily exercise of authority. “Fundamentals and theory will be tested in the laboratory, one of which is in this Court," he said.

In the meeting, Abdul Ghoffar give a short lecture with material titled "The Constitutional Court in the constitutional system of the Republic of Indonesia “. Material presented ranging from philosophical foundation,juridical, to the dynamics of the current state administration; especially some issues lately hit MK.

In principle, said Ghoffar, where MK is very important in the structure of administration in Indonesia .Therefore, if democracy was being offset by nomocracy, it will most likely happened tyranny of the majority that would undermine the integrity of the nation and the state.
