In Indonesia, many people have commented over the course of justice. Supposedly all parties should not intervene in the judicial process through the comments in the media. It was delivered by the Head of Research and Case Studies, Management of Information and Communication Technology (P4TIK) Guntur Hamzah to cadres and officials of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS), Wednesday (27/11/2013).

On the last day activities of the Technical Guidance Dispute Settlement Case for PKS 2014 legislative elections, Guntur deliver material “Independence of the Judiciary and impartiality“. He said the legal culture of Indonesian society is still weak. It thus indicated by the behavior of the legislators that it is not in accordance with regulations made.

Constitutional Court is currently assigned to form the Board of Ethics to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity and behavior of judges of the constitution, as well as the code of ethics and guidelines of constitutional justice.

With the constitution of the Board of Ethics judge may consult and ask the question, what will he do to cause a violation of the code of ethics and code of conduct of judges constitutional or not. Further said by Guntur, apart from a few cases involving the Court, this Court has long tried to keep him as a modern justice by providing a copy of the judgment to the parties as soon as the verdict was read in the trial verdict pronunciation.
