Court Employee Candidates Follow Basic Competence Test

A number of prospective civil servants of the Constitutional Court have passed the administrative selection following the basic skills tests in the Office of the Regional Employment Board The country V, Ciracas, East Jakarta, Monday (4/11). The candidates follow court civil servant Basic Competence Test by using Computer Assisted Test (CAT) whose value can be announced five minutes after the test ends.

Prospective test for civil servants this Court has held for two days from Sunday (3/11) yesterday to today. On the second day, there were three waves of the participants who took the tests. Each candidate should be doing a hundred questions with a time of one hour.

Problem in TKD is divided into three models of matter, i.e. about Test Insight Nationality, about the General Intelligence Test, and about the Personal Character Test. Each question has a load of different values, namely 40 per cent to about TWK, 50 percent to about TIU, and about 60 percent for the scene.

Before starting the test, the candidates first are briefed by the Team Selection Committee for Admission Prospective MK civil servants in 2013. Head of Division of Administration and Justice Administration Employee Welfare, Iman Sudirman who also became Candidate Selection Committee Admission PNS Court, delivered a briefing that the test was intended to screen prospective civil servants in a transparent, accountable, and objective. Participants also emphasized Iman test does not charge a penny in the selection, so Iman warned, do not trust anyone who claims to be able to get the prospective civil servants.

"To hold a civil service candidate selection in 2013 this Court has no budget of its own. So that participants do not charge a penny to follow all acceptance tests PNS Court nominee in 2013. Therefore, do not trust anyone on behalf of the parties the Court to be able to get an appointment at a certain cost," said Iman.

To ensure transparency, accountability, and objectivity, the prospective civil servants working on using CAT methods, participants will not be able to cheat and cheat each other, because all the questions appear on the computer each with different serial numbers matter. (Yusti Nurul Agustin / mh)
