The Constitutional Court (MK) held a final evidentiary hearing before the Court held a trial court verdict against Makassar City Election Dispute filed by Supomo Guntur - Kadir Halid, Muhyina Muin - Syaiful Shaleh , and Irman Yasin Limpo - Busra Abdullah, Thursday (10/10).

At this meeting Makassar Commission present witnesses to rebut the arguments of the applicant. One of them is Nusbah Ismail who testified as PPS Chairman of Suding Village. He said never received the intervention of the Village Suding Headman to put his people to be PPS members. Because it is not the authority of the headman, especially Nusbah sure he had never met with the village Suding chief.

"Thank you, Your Honor. Associated with the intervention of Suding village headman, in this case me as Chairman of the PPS states that never happened because it was there and KPPS PPS was formed is a PPS right and authority. Prior to the formation of KPPS, I have never met with the Village Sudiang because I just met with each KPPS," said Nusbah.

It is also stated by Muhammad Yamin as PPS Chairman Parangloe Village. He said he was never asked by Parangloe village chief to put people to pair Muhammad Ramdhan Pomanto - Syamsu Rizal to be a member of PPS. Yamin ensures that the authority to establish KPPS exist on its own PPS.

"Your Honor, I denied if there is information saying that Mr. Headman Parangloe never give or ask us to form a pro PPS members to Candidate No. 8 because we know that KPPS establishment is PPS authorized," said Yamin.

However, Yamin admitted prior to the General Election of Makassar, he was met with the village chief Parangloe. Yamin also admitted he knew it was close to the village chief Pangroloe. Even so, Yamin ensure that Pangroloe headman never asked him to form a PPS member as he wishes. "When I met him through just asking if KPPS already formed or not," said Yamin.
