East Java Commission and Karsa Witness Denied Politicization of Budget

Session of Regional Head General Election Dispute of East Java Province was held back by the Constitutional Court on Monday (30/9) afternoon, at the Plenary Room. With regard to the presence or absence of safety signs used on the form, he insists that there is a safety mark on any form as required. "In C1 there is a safety device attachment. Not as blamed by the applicant," he said.

In line with such evidence, the Commission Member Sampang Miftahur Rozak stated that no violations occurred during the last General Election. The proof, he said, although there are reports received Supervisory Committee, but when carried out an investigation, ultimately Supervisory Committee said the report was not proven. "It’s getting recommendation of the District Election Supervisory Committee. But the results of the study did not prove to the Supervisory Committee and unwarranted under the law."
