Victory obtained by the candidate number 6 Bambang Irianto-Sugeng Rismianto (Basri) in the general election of regional head Madiun City, was sued by candidate number 3 Parji-Inda Raya (Pari) to the Constitutional Court. Basri considered a victory achieved by massive fraud.

In case number 112/PHPU.D-XI/2013 trial led by the Deputy Chief Justice Hamdan Zoelva, Thursday (19/9), Parji-Inda Raya through attorney Martin Hamonangan revealed violations in the implementation of Madiun General Election. Martin said, as Madiun incumbent, Bambang Irianto do everything they can to win back in Madiun Election in period 2013-2018.

According to Martin, incumbent City of Madison has made money politics, the massive distribution of basic necessities that occurs in almost all districts as Madiun. Do not stop until there, other violations, bright Martin, Bambang as the incumbent has committed abuse of state budget revenue and expenditure (budget).

"Couple candidate number 6 as the incumbent has committed abuse of the budget with an enormous budget growth up to build jambanisasi. I think this is politics to win. Because in the last years there has never been done the development of jambanisasi," said Martin.

Applicant requested the Court that ultimately disqualify candidate number 6 Bambang Irianto-Sugeng Rismianto and establish applicant as second winner will be named the winner chosen by Madiun Commission.

The next session will be held on Monday (23/09) afternoon to hear testimony from the Respondent, the answer of the Related Parties, as well as listening to witnesses proof of the applicant. (Panji Erawan / mh)
