Victory gained by candidate number 3 Iti Octavia - Ade Sumardi in regional head election of Lebak, Banten province, was sued by candidate number 2 Amir Hamzah - Kasmin, to Constitutional Court ( MK ) as judged achieved by cheating.
In case number 111/PHPU.D-XI/2013 trial that led Chief Justice M. Akil Mochtar, Amir Hamzah - Kasmin couple through its legal counsel Heru Widodo revealed violations in the implementation of the General Election Lebak, Banten province, to perpetuate the political dynasty in the district. According to Heru, Iti Octaviani is the daughter of the incumbent Regent of Lebak , Mulyadi Jayabaya. "Due to the limitations period twice cannot run again, then for the sake of perpetuating its power, the incumbent regent enroll their children in lieu of his throne," said Heru Widodo.
According to Heru, the Regent of Lebak incumbent trying to win her at all costs, by moving 56 Regional Working Units (on education) and 28 districts in Lebak to support the candidate number 3. Furthermore, Heru said incumbent Regent issued a threat to the district mutation that does not support the Iti - Ade.
Additionally, Heru said the abuse of social assistance from the Regional Budget by Lebak regency government officials; with the assistance of the name candidate number 3 Iti Octavia - Ade Sumardi.
Not stopped there, the violations was also addressed to the Civil Servants ( PNS ), citizens and successful team candidate number 2, Amir Hamzah - Kasmin, conducted by officials of the district government structural and Lebak village government officials in Lebak regency.
Applicant requested the Court that voting in the election swampy repeated without including candidate number 3 Iti Octaviani - Ade Sumardi. The next session will be held on Tuesday (17/9), to listen to the answers General Election Commission Lebak, as well as responses candidate number 3, the Related Parties in this case. (Ilham/mh)
