One prospective member of Commission District Kepahiang Meyce Dwi Waryuni submit revised petition to the Constitutional Court (MK) on Thursday (5/9). Judicial review of Act 15 of 2011 on General Election (Election Law) has scheduled a plea hearing improvement. Reviewed norm is Article 6, paragraph (5) Election Law which determines the composition of the membership of the KPU, Provincial, Regency / City KPU watching representation of women at least 30%.
Applicant, represented by its legal counsel, said Arief Ariyanto has improved application in accordance with the suggestions proposed constitutional judge in the previous trial. Petitioner’s petition to strengthen the emphasis on the phrase "attention" in Article 6, paragraph (5) Election Law.
