Constitutional Court (MK) held advanced trial court on Employment Act filed by three workers from Pasuruan Regency, Wednesday (31/7). The third applicants are Jazuli, Anam Supriyanto, and Wariaji representing Pasuruan Union.
At this meeting Jazuli delivered petition improvement. Improvements accepted by Judge Achmad Sodiki who acted as chairman of the panel of judges at the trial this time. Sodiki reminded that the applicant submit repair requests in the last day submission limit repair requests.
"It was the last day of that given by the regulations. So we received a request and I will approve proof that you convey to the Assembly, which is Exhibit P-1 through P-11. Well, we separated," said Sodiki.
Before closing the session which lasted a very brief, Sodiki said that the continued handling of the case is still awaiting Justice Meeting.
Previously, the Petitioners one of them feels aggrieved by the provisions of Article 158 paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) and Article 162 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) Employment Act. Because the Petitioners and other workers in Indonesia potentially at risk of losing their rights, either in the form of severance pay, gratuity, and compensation in the event of termination of employment by reason of major offenses.
