The Constitutional Court (MK) held a preliminary hearing in dispute of election result of Madiun Regency No. 85 and 86/PHPU.D-XI/2013 - on Thursday (11/7) afternoon. A number of the Petitioner (Candidate Sukiman and Suprapto or Candidate Sumardi and Dimyati Dahlan) surfaced in the trial. One of them is the alleged use of fake diplomas by the Election winner Muhtarom, as candidate number 1 and the incumbent.
Petitioner argues that the alleged fake diplomas by Muhtarom as Election winner. This is reinforced by the Election Supervisory Committee letter addressed to Madiun Commission (Respondent). The substance asked Respondent reviewing the incumbent for alleged administrative violations. According to the Applicant, the Respondent has intentionally systematically performed actions that benefit candidate number 1.
Additionally, Petitioner argues candidate number 1 as Regent of Madiun, using the bureaucracy to win the General Election. How, with the guidance and conduct campaigns in front of hundreds of students of SMA Negeri 2 Mejayan the One Billion Tree Planting event is attended by Regent of Madiun, Muhtarom.
Applicant said again, Madiun Election, 2013, although not the same as what happened in West Kotawaringin, but the level of credibility of the organizer is not able to be accounted for. Applicant told the panel of judges, led by Judge Achmad Sodiki, that in view of Madiun General Election to be wearing substantial justice sunglasses, not procedural justice. Because allegedly, Party Respondent utilize all means to win the candidate number 1.
Furthermore, the applicant asked the judges granted the petition in its entirety and cancel Madiun Election Commission decision regarding the determination of candidates elected in the General Election Madiun 2013. It was including cancel Recapitulation News Election Vote Count Result of Madiun 2013.
After reading the arguments of the Petitioner, the Constitutional Assembly was adjourned until the specified time. "As such, you will be given time to correct the petition and the trial resumed on Monday, July 15, 2013," said Achmad Sodiki to the applicant. (Nano Tresna Arfana / mh)
