Further the Court ordered the Electoral Commission of South Sumatra Province (Respondent), Election Commission, Election Supervisory Board of South Sumatra Province, and the Election Supervisory Board, to report to the Court re-voting implementation no later than 90 days after the verdict is pronounced.
The decision contained in the Decision on Case No. 79/PHPU.D-XI/2013 filed by Candidate Governor and Deputy Governor Number 3 Herman Deru - Maphilinda Boer. In its decision the Court stated that the Related Party Candidate Alex Noerdin (incumbent Governor) - Ishak Mekki, proved to have violated a structured, systematic and massive.

As for petition 80/PHPU.D-XI/2013 filed by Candidate Number 1 Eddy Santana Putra - Anisja Djuita Supriyanto, suspended imposition of judgment until the implementation of the re-voting. "Postponed until the implementation of Decision No. 79/PHPU.D-XI/2013, dated July 11, 2013," Akil said.
