Dispute of Election Result of Southeast Minahasa Regency to be Sued

Since losing in the general election, Southeast Minahasa incumbent, Telly Tjanggulung paired with Dwight Moody Rondonuwu (T2-Mor) filed dispute of election result of Southeast Minahasa in 2013 to the Constitutional Court (MK).

In a hearing before Judge Constitutional Harjono, Monday (8/07/2013), T2-Mor through the attorney Bonifasius states he found many structured, systematic and massive violations fact performed by General Election Commission (KPU) Southeast Minahasa, as the Respondent in case 82/PHPU.D-XI/2013, with James Sumendap-Ronald Kandoli (JS-RK), among others, passed a couple of candidates who do not meet the health requirement.

Applicant also alleged partner JS-RK has done with the money politics among other coupon distribution to voters in exchange for money after the vote.
