The Constitutional Court held a hearing regarding the case Number 70/PHPU.D-XI/2013 in dispute of election result of Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI), Wednesday (3/7) afternoon, at the Plenary Room. The trial was held in conjunction with the Case Number 71/PHPU.D-XI/2013 of Empat Lawang Regency’s election.

In the trial this time, the Panel of Judges headed by Chief Justice M. Akil Mochtar only examine the witnesses presented by the parties in Case No.. 71. While the examination of witnesses in Case No. 70 will be held tomorrow, Thursday (4/7) afternoon. "For case No. 70 (to be held) tomorrow at 16:00 pm, to examine witnesses of the applicant amounted to nine people," said Akil.

Before closing the hearing, Akil first approve proofs submitted by the Regional Head Candidate Number 3 Zaitun Mawardi Yahya-Herman Thalib (Applicant) and Elected Candidate Number 4 Iskandar-M Rifai (Related Party). Because it is not complete, the evidence presented by OKI Commission (Respondent) will be passed in the next trial. (Dodi / mh)
