Winsulani Salindeho paired with incumbent Vice Regent Siau Tagulandang Biaro Islands (Sitaro Islands) Piet Hein Kuera or known Salera (Petitioner in case 73/PHPU.D-XI/2013) proposed a number of witnesses in the trial Dispute Election Regency of Sitaro Islands which took place on Monday (01/07/2013). Applicant proves their arguments about engagement and non-neutrality of civil servants (PNS) and government officials in favor of the incumbent regent Tony Supit paired with Sisca Salindeho.
